Kate Statz is the Online Training Manager at the NC SBTDC, leading digital learning initiatives for business counselors and small businesses. Before joining the SBTDC, she designed and managed online learning programs in Madison, Wisconsin, and Fayetteville, Arkansas. Kate now leads AI integration efforts, overseeing the AI Council and AI Trainers Cohort. She also chairs the SBTDC's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Committee and manages the Better Business Learning Portal using the 360Learning LMS. Kate holds a degree in Instructional Technology from Drury University and is passionate about leveraging digital innovation to empower professional development and small business growth.
